Editing your daily settings is super easy and you can create schedules for workout, rest and refeed days! To do so, just tap on the 3 dots next to the top of day in the top right hand corner and then tap Edit Schedule.

You'll be able to add or delete (and rename!) as many meals as you'd like. You can also drag and drop 1 or more workouts to exactly where you want them in your day! You can change these settings at any time as well! Check out the video below for more details!
