To Copy Meals, tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner (1) OR the 3 dots to the right of any meal (2). Then use the calendars to select the days you'd like to copy from and to, and the drop down menus to select all or individual meals (3). When selecting individual meals, you can also choose which foods to copy if you'd only like some!

StaxTip: If you have a favorite full meal or full day of meals that hits all of your macro targets you can copy that meal or day into other days throughout the week to meal plan!
