Macrostax doesn’t accommodate cheat meals because we believe that you should be able to eat the foods you love in moderation. The best nutrition plan is one that you can stick to, which means not feeling restricted. If you’re craving a glass of wine, a piece of chocolate, or maybe a pizza, you can still enjoy them by planning out the rest of your day to ensure you are still hitting your daily macro targets. We want our Macrostaxers to build a healthy relationship with food by learning how to balance your diet and eat sustainably.
