Our Maintenance phases 1, 2, and 3 are actually what we call “reverse dieting” phases, and they are based off your Phases from the Fat Loss program. We recommend using these after you have completed all the fat loss phases in order to add food back in strategically and avoid gaining unwanted fat. Maintenance 4 is the only true maintenance phase, so if you are looking for just Maintenance numbers, this is the one you would follow!
