We make it incredibly easy to cancel in the app. Under the Profile, select Membership and tap on Stop Auto Renew under Cancel Account. You should receive a cancellation confirmation email. Please keep this for your records. You will still have access to the app for the remainder of the time for which you've paid.

If there are any charges you wish to discuss, please reach out to a customer representative as support@macrostax.com, through StaxChat in the app or through our chat at Macrostax.com. We do not accept cancellations over the phone.

If your Membership screen looks different than that below, you either signed up through the App Store, through a Macrostax Team or are a Grandfathered account. Please follow the instructions on your screen for cancellation of those accounts.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscriptions. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances as stated in our Terms & Conditions, which is agreed to upon sign up. If you have purchased a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you will need to cancel the subscription through that service.
