From your Profile, tap the Dietary Preferences section. You can toggle on/off as many of the preferences as you like including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian. Please note that at this time, we cannot include or exclude specific items such as soy-based products, nuts, or eggs
StaxTip: Your app will default to the most restrictive preference you choose so be sure to choose your preferences appropriately. Ex: if you choose vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan you will only see vegan recipes even though you are also open to pescatarian options.

We also made a video that goes into detail about using our recipe filters in the app. You can use this feature in addition to the dietary preferences to be shown the foods you are looking for!
