In your Food Log, tap the floating menu button to open up your extra options. Tap Save Food to add your Macro inputs from your day to your daily input graph. Once you click Save Food your numbers will be automatically recorded for you under your profile in the Your Progress section under Daily Macronutrient Intake. This allows you to keep a broader track of hitting your macro targets.

Once you click on Save Food you can click on View Graphs to get taken to your Progress Chart!
