Working nights or changing schedules mid-week can be tough, but as long as you are consistent with hitting your daily macro targets, you can stay on track. Consistency is more important than the day-to-day timing on this program.

It may be necessary to split up your meals differently, or eat within longer or shorter feeding windows depending on how your schedule varies. As long as you can fit your macros in appropriately, any route you take will work.

StaxTip: If you work a job that doesn’t have easy access to a fridge for prepped meals, think about packing snacks that will keep you on track for the day with enough protein and can be preserved, like beef jerky or protein bars.
