Since your body will lose or gain weight at the rate it wants to regardless of goals, we do not include a place to add a goal weight. Instead, we provide 3 phases to follow (Phases 1-3 for Fat Loss or Phases 1-3 for Muscle Gain). These will ensure that you are always seeing results because you can continue to move to the next phase if your body plateaus.  

Keep in mind that true fat loss shouldn't happen quickly. If it does, you may be compromising lean muscle mass. Slow and steady is the name of the game! Macrostax numbers are designed to put you at an average weight loss of 0.5 - 2 pounds per week. Of course, everyone is different so this can vary. You can continue on the phases for as long as you want until you've reached your personal goal.
