If you are coming off a Fat Loss plan, you can use the Maintenance phases to reverse diet your way up to Maintenance 4, which is our true Maintenance phase. You will start at whichever Maintenance phase puts you at the calories just above your last Fat Loss Phase. For example, if you left off at Phase 3, you will start at Maintenance 1.
If you are coming off a Muscle Gain plan, you can go straight to Maintenance 4.
If at any time you wish to start a new Fat Loss or Muscle Gain, you will update your starting weight in the Profile section of the app.
