Tap on your Profile section in the app footer, then on the Your Goal section.

Here you can select between: Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, and Maintenance plans. 

If you are on Fat Loss, you will see Phases 1 through 3.
If you are on Muscle Gain, you will see Phases 1 through 3.
If you are on Maintenance, you will see Phases 1 through 4. 

Because everyone progresses at different rates and have different goals, you will be responsible for manually selecting when you move to the next phase. If you need more information on how and when to move to the next phase, read our other resources section here!
