In your daily Food Log, tap the floating menu button to open up your logging options. Tap Save Food to add your days’ worth of foods and meals to your macro inputs. This macro inputs is located in the Progress Charts section of our app and will be automatically recorded for you under the Daily Macronutrient Intake graph, so you can keep a broader track of hitting your macro targets.

You can click on View Graphs to get taken to your Progress Charts!
