Maintenance phases work a little bit differently than Fat Loss and Muscle Gain. Maintenance 4 is the true maintenance phase, whereas Maintenance Phases 1, 2, and 3 represent stages of what we call “reverse dieting”, with Phase 1 being the lowest. 

These phases are based on your Fat Loss numbers. We recommend using these after you are done with the Fat Loss Phases to add food back in strategically so you don’t make too quick of a jump and gain unwanted fat. If you are coming off a Fat Loss Phase and transitioning to Maintenance, select the Maintenance level that puts you at calories just above your last Fat Loss Phase. If you are coming off the Muscle Gain Phases, you can start with Maintenance Phase 4!

To edit your Phase, simply go to the Profile section in the app footer and tap on the Your Goal section.
